A: We primarily use 14k and 18k gold (available in yellow, white, and rose gold), as well as platinum & sterling silver. All our metals are hallmarked to guarantee purity.
A: We offer both natural and lab-created gemstones. Each product description clearly states whether the gemstones are natural or lab-created.

Sizing & Adjustments

A: For the most accurate sizing, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for professional sizing.If you have the same size old ring you can use the ring sizer app to check the size. Feel free to write us at info@jewelsamo.com if you have any issue in measuring the ring size.
A: Yes, we offer one free resize within 60 days of purchase for most rings. Some styles, such as eternity bands, cannot be resized. Please check the product description or contact us for more information.
